Il magazine Europeo Kingping skateboarding ha intervistato uno dei nostri skate designer preferiti Rune Glifberg dello Studio Glifberg - Lykke.
C'è una frase che ci ha fatto riflettere:
" I ragazzi di 17/18 anni di numerose città suburbane, o città di campagna, finiscono per andare nelle grosse città perchè è là che trovano il divertimento" Se ci sono opportunità di rendere loro entusiasti delle loro città natale, che sia un buon skatepark o qualsiasi altra cosa, questo farà si che le piccole comunità locali restino vive"
Dopo 15 anni dalla nascita della nostro team (settembre 2002), alti e bassi durante gli anni, è certamente il momento ideale per tornare ad investire nel locale e nelle nuove generazioni.
Non si parla di skateboarding, roller e urban sports, ma delle persone che li praticano, e sono numerosi bambini, giovani e adulti sia a Carugate sia nelle città vicine. Si parla di comunità.
E' il tempo del cambiamento, e non ci sono più scuse.
Nelle prossime settimane il nostro Comune di Carugate annuncerà i vincitori del Concorso di Idee del Parco Pertini.
Le condizioni sono ideali per creare qualcosa di speciale, un nuova area multisport per basket, skateboard, roller e urban sport.
Il massimo che potevamo fare, lo abbiamo fatto insieme ai nostri partner locali Polisportiva Carugate, Forum Giovani Principio Attivo, Streetboard Italia.
Vediamo cosa ci riservano tutti i progetti e cosa succederà!!!

European Magazine Kingpin Skateboarding has interviewed one of our favorite skate designer Rune Glifberg co-founder of Glifberg Lykke Studio.
There is one sentence that make us thinking:
"A lot of these suburban cities, or countryside cities, all the kids as soon as they’re 17/18 they go to the big city as that’s where all the fun is at. If there’s stuff there to keep them excited about their hometown, a good skatepark or whatever else they’re into, that’s what will keep those small local communities alive"
After 15 years from the birth of our association (september 2002), ups and downs during these years, it is certainly the good time to return to investing in the local and new generations.
We don't speak about only about skateboarding, roller and urban sports, we speak about people that do it, and we know that they are many kids, youngs and adults not only in Carugate but in closing cities. We speak about community.
It's the time of a change and there are no more excuses.
During next weeks our municipality Comune di Carugate will announce winners of Pertini Park Competition.
All the conditions are good to create something special, a new multisport area for basket, skateboard, roller and urban sport.
The best we could do, we did together with our local partner Polisportiva Carugate, Youth Forum Principio Attivo, and Streetboarding Italia.
Let's see all the participating projects and what will happen!.
